Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ToPixelArt and the topixelart.com website ("Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

What We Provide

ToPixelArt offers free browser-based tools that convert images into pixel art, bead patterns, cross-stitch charts, Minecraft block maps, and similar outputs ("Generated Content"). The Services are provided free of charge and do not require registration.

Your Content and Your Rights

  • You retain all rights to the images you convert. Your files are processed locally in your browser and are never uploaded to our servers.
  • Generated Content belongs to you. Pixel art, bead patterns, PDFs, and other outputs you create with our tools are yours to use for any purpose, including commercial use.
  • You are responsible for your source images. You must have the rights to any image you upload. Do not convert copyrighted artwork you do not own or lack permission to use.
  • We claim no ownership over your images or your Generated Content, and we store neither.

Advertising

The Services are funded by advertising. By using the site you acknowledge that:

  • Ads may be displayed on pages, served by third-party networks such as Google AdSense.
  • Ad vendors may use cookies to personalize or measure ads, as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
  • Ad placements are clearly distinguishable from the site's own tools and content.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services in violation of any applicable law
  • Convert images containing illegal content, including material that exploits minors
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Services
  • Interfere with or manipulate the advertising that funds the Services (e.g., automated ad clicks)
  • Scrape or republish the site's text content, brand assets, or tool interfaces at scale

Intellectual Property

The website itself — its design, code, palettes, text, and branding — is owned by ToPixelArt and protected by applicable law. Your images and Generated Content (as defined above) are excluded and remain yours.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Color matching to physical products (bead colors, LEGO bricks, DMC floss, Minecraft blocks) is approximate — verify color-critical purchases against official manufacturer charts.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToPixelArt shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

Changes to the Services and Terms

We may modify or discontinue any tool at any time, and may update these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
